This is a critical role, reporting directly to senior leadership, where you will shape the Quality function as they navigate this exciting growth phase.

About the Role:

As Quality Manager, you will:

• Maintain and enhance the QMS, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  
  
• Lead investigations into customer quality issues, implementing robust CAPA processes.
  
  
• Drive the structured NPI process, ensuring a seamless FAIR process.
  
  
• Spearhead the attainment of AS9100 accreditation with new orders secured in the aerospace sector
  
  
• Manage internal audits, SOP adherence, and MRB processes.
  
  
• Work with the leadership team to build a culture of quality for all employees.
  
  What We’re Looking For:
  
  The ideal candidate will:
  
  
• Have experience transitioning to or managing AS9100 systems.
  
  
• Bring a strong background in CNC precision machining and assembly.
  
  
• Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
  
  
• Demonstrate a proven ability to reduce costs of poor quality and develop meaningful KPIs.
  
  
• Show capability as an experienced Quality Manager or a high-potential Quality Engineer ready to step up.
  
  On a personal level, you’ll need a pragmatic approach, a positive attitude, and the ability to challenge constructively while fostering collaboration.
  
  What’s on Offer:
  
  
• Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE

• Schedule: 8.5-hour shifts Monday to Thursday, shorter Fridays.
