Location: Gloucestershire

Contract: Permanent and Contract

I am currently recruiting for this specific skillset across many different clients in the Gloucestershire area.

Candidates that are currently working as a quality engineer, quality inspector, quality technician, assembler or machinist, may have the relevant skills for roles we are actively recruiting for.

Role Responsibilities of a Quality Inspector:

Manage the calibration processes for measuring and test equipment.
Ensure compliance with AS9100 or ISO9001 and customer-specific quality requirements.
Inspect components using micrometres, callipers, gauges
Using CMMs such as PC-DMIS or Aberlink to complete quality inspections.
Skillsets we are looking for:

Proven experience in calibration and quality inspection within the aerospace or high-spec manufacturing industry.
Expertise in visual inspections.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues in a fast-paced environment.
Formal training in calibration and inspection techniques.
Certification in AS9100 / ISO 9001 auditing (desirable)
Proficiency in using quality inspection software and ERP/MRP systems.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
Ability to operate or programme CMMs.
