Lead and influence quality practices across manufacturing operations.
Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve challenges and implement improvements.

Monitoring and verifying compliance of manufacturing processes with quality standards.
Conducting internal audits, identifying gaps, and implementing CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Training staff on QA best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Supporting supplier quality checks and incoming material inspections.
Promoting the transition of in-line process control to production teams.
Tracking key metrics, producing reports, and making practical improvement recommendations.What You Need to Bring:

Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment
