The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and finalize electrical projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Coordinate and manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.

Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and standards.

Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.

Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Skills and Experience

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and project management methodologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience within the industrial environment.

Specific Qualifications

Hold Electrical qualifications

   Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
