Key responsibilities and tasks of the Project Manager:

• Creation and management of new and existing work packages and projects
  
  
• Managing stakeholders and ensuring technical delivery of Engineering Projects
  
  
• Oversight of delivery of verification evidence for launch vehicles and its systems
  
  
• Contribute to upcoming Grants and Future Projects
  
  Required experience for the Project Manager:
  
  
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Project Management role
  
  
• Professional project management qualification (i.e. Prince2)
  
  
• Experience of maintaining relationships and liaison with team members and key stakeholders, both internal and external
  
  
• Experience of creating key project documents
  
  
• Engineering and technical competence, sufficient to enable decision making
  
  
• Understanding of non-core project management roles such as purchasing, and engineering management etc.
  
  
• Experience in creation of project business cases and pitching to stakeholders
  
  Additional requirements:
  
  
• Valid passport, including right to work in the UK
  
  
• Full driving licence is preferred
