Project Co-ordinator – Engineering & TechnologyHigh Wycombe Permanent £35,000 - £38,000 Bonus Benefits

Are you an organised and proactive professional with a passion for engineering and high-tech innovation? A dynamic and growing company, is looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join their specialist team based in High Wycombe.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a small but globally active business involved in advanced manufacturing and complex technical projects across aerospace, energy, semiconductors, and more. You’ll support project delivery across their Equipment Division, taking ownership of procurement, supplier liaison, cost tracking, and documentation, all while playing a key role in building innovative systems for clients around the world.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project procurement using engineering drawings and BOMs

Raise and manage purchase orders in line with project plans and budgets

Liaise with suppliers for quotes, lead times, and order status

Ensure compliance with specifications and certification requirements

Maintain supplier relationships and manage any delivery or quality issues

Work closely with internal project managers and engineers to ensure alignment

Keep purchasing records up-to-date and assist with real-time system updates

Support cost tracking and identify opportunities for procurement process improvement

What We’re Looking For
Experience in procurement/purchasing, ideally within engineering or manufacturing

Ability to read and interpret BOMs and technical drawings

Confident communicator with excellent organisation and attention to detail

Experience working with suppliers and managing technical requirements

Familiarity with procurement software (Planergy) and MS Office suite (including MS Project) preferred

A team player with a flexible and proactive approach
