Overview:

As a Project/Program Manager, you will lead and manage complex space projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring technical, financial, and scheduling objectives are met. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and maintain customer satisfaction while contributing to the development of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all project phases, ensuring compliance with standards and objectives.

• Coordinate technical, production, and quality teams to mitigate risks and ensure delivery.
  
  
• Lead proposal development and support contract negotiations.

  Required Skills:
  
  
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  
  
• 8+ years of experience in technical project management within the space or satcoms industry
  
  
• Excellent communication skills and experience with project lifecycle management.
  
  
• Proficiency in MS Project or similar tools.
  
  
• Ability to travel as required.
  
  
• Experience with space hardware/software, formal configuration control, and capture management.
  
  
• Familiarity with space industry standards (e.g., ECSS).
