    Working Hours: Continental Shifts
    Job Description:
    As a Production Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing daily production operations to meet and exceed safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals. Reporting to the Shift Manager, the Production Supervisor will ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental standards, champion a zero-defect quality target, and drive cost reduction efforts across the site.
    Your responsibilities as a Production Supervisor will include maintaining high safety standards, effectively managing quality control, optimizing production output, and leading a team to achieve both personal and organizational success. In this role, you’ll also lead continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on efficiency and operational excellence to exceed customer expectations.
    Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production setting, preferably in aerospace or automotive manufacturing
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proactive, flexible approach
  • Have an understanding to a unionised business.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and modern production methods
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Competency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools
  • A Level 3/5 management qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
