You will be responsible for the product marketing strategy and activities that address market needs in a profitable way across the Druck product portfolio. Success will be measured by your ability to execute a winning product marketing strategy for Druck.
 

As a , you will be responsible for:
 

Utilizing available market intelligence on customer requirements, unmet needs and market trends, develop and own the execution of Druck’s product marketing strategy.

Executing NPI (New Product Introduction) launches & commercialization activities (across Druck product portfolio) including working pre-launch with the Strategic Marketing and Product Management teams on market research and voice of customer and then differentiated value proposition, product messaging, marketing collateral and sales enablement materials as launch approaches

Executing product marketing campaign activities for existing products (including sales enablement materials) across the Druck portfolio.

Partnering with Product Management, Technology, Commercial, Project Management and the Product Marketing Leader to develop go-to-market strategic plans for specific products including value proposition development, positioning, messaging and commercial activation.

Partnering with the Regional Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to ensure that product marketing campaigns are effectively deployed to as wide a target audience as is appropriate considering budget and bandwidth of team members.

Partnering with the Product Marketing Leader to contribute to the development of an all-encompassing product marketing strategy for Druck and the entire Precision Sensors and Instrumentation business.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Have a Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BSc.) in Marketing, Business or another relevant subject from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experience.

Have demonstrable extensive experience in Product Marketing.

Have demonstrable experience of formulating a goal-orientated action plan and subsequent successful achievement of that plan.

Be technically competent with expertise in value proposition development, product positioning, new product commercialization and a wide range of other marketing skills.

Have the ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a wide range of regionally and globally located stakeholders.

Be fluent in English. Effective professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers.

Be influential, energetic and enthusiastic, with the drive, ambition and resilience to make things happen and deliver outstanding performance.
