This market leading engineering company are recruiting for a Paint Sprayer to join their site in Cheltenham. The company manufacture and supply a range of specialist products to various industries across the globe.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Spraying medical, oil & gas, FMCG and aerospace parts to the highest standard
Prepping, masking, sanding, and detailing surfaces for flawless finishes
Carrying out all aspects of paint preparation, spraying, and polishing to a high standard
Working independently and within a team to meet strict deadlines
Quality checking and packing finished components
What You’ll Need:

Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer would be beneficial but full training will be provided
Previous experience in an engineering or production environment
Quality focused
A passion for precision & craftsmanship
