Purpose of the Role:

To provide electrical maintenance support across a wide range of advanced manufacturing equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and performance in a fast-paced environment operating on a Days & Backs rotating shift pattern.

Are you who we’re looking for?

You’re a time-served Electrical Engineer or hold an equivalent qualification.

Proven experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment, ideally in automotive, aerospace, or other precision engineering sectors.

Strong fault-finding skills on electrical systems, control panels, motors, drives, sensors, and PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.).

Multi-skilled or some mechanical knowledge is beneficial, but not essential.

Experience working with automated and CNC machinery is advantageous.

A proactive problem-solver with a strong commitment to minimising downtime and improving plant reliability.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Committed to working safely and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
