CNC Multi-Spindle Operator
Location: Leicester, Leicestershire
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time.
Pay: £17.00 - £20.00 Per hour Dependent on experience.
Shifts - Night Shifts, Monday to Thursday (4 DAY WORKING WEEK!)

CNC Operator Key Responsibilities
• Set up, operate, CNC machines to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting as required.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.

What we’re looking For in a CNC Operator
• Proven experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of multi-spindle machining.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude towards workplace safety and continuous improvement.
