£55,000 - £60,000 + Multinational organisation + Progression + 4.5 Day Working Week + 25 Days Holiday + Christmas Shutdown + Recession Proof

Reporting to the Directors this is a great chance to be recognised for your ability and the value you add across the group. This opportunity gives you the responsibility of implementing your processes and procedures as well as improving already existing health, safety, environmental & a big focus on quality standards. Our client is looking for an ambitious HSEQ Manager who is looking to progress and implement changes across all levels of this multinational organisation with constant collaboration with the executive team.

With a particular focus on quality, this role is ideal for an ambitious HSEQ Manager looking to develop systems and practices with multi-site rollouts of process and procedure. Responsibility will be on offer in abundance with the opportunity to spearhead the transition to achieve their ISO45001 certification. This is an incredibly reputable manufacturer that was established over 30 years ago and has grown profusely in its tenure, acquiring several businesses nationwide and overseas that now form the group.

Your Role as a HSEQ Manager will include:

  • Monitor and Maintain H&S practices within the business
  • Development of new processes and continuous improvement of QMS
  • Implement new systems, strategies and training programmes
  • Leading a team of Quality Engineers, Inspectors and Advisors
  • Occasional site visits to the various businesses within the group

    The successful HSEQ Manager will need:
  • NEBOSH/Level 6 Diploma and extensive Quality Management experience
  • Experience and proven record of implementing new H&S procedures
  • AS9100, ISO14001 & ISO45001 auditing experience
  • Six Sigma, 8D, 5Whys, NCRs, FAIRs
  • Commutable to Hull and happy to travel
