Where will you be working?
MEICA and capital maintenance - Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services. 
What will you be doing?
You’ll be working within an embedded team of technicians on site supporting day to day operations. You will be responsible for the delivery of preventative maintenance of electrical systems, attending to any reactive/correct maintenance, fault finding, completing any repairs/replacements, installation of new systems/equipment, commissioning, all in accordance with BS7671 18th Edition - whilst ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Works include general lighting surveying and associated remedial works, general installation of power needs on site and assisting station engineers with reported defects.

Requirements:

Experience within heavy industry, preferably power generation.
Sound experience with site maintenance routines such as planned preventative maintenance activities
Sound experience with industrial DCS/SCADA/Remote telemetry systems such as Profibus PA and DP or building management systems.
NVQ Level 3 (Maintenance or Installation)
AM2S: Electrical End Point Assessment
Valid UK driving license Advantageous:

COMPEX/ATEX - (EX01-EX04
Power Generation Experience
Level 3 in Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installation
