The Role: HR Manager

Location: Hybrid, Warrington (Average x3 days per week on site)

Employment: Permanent


What you'll do

As a key member of our HR team, reporting to the European Senior HR Manager, you'll take on a dynamic role that blends strategic and operational HR business partnering whilst overseeing all aspects of local STANLEY Engineered Fastening (SEF) UK human resources practices and processes. With one direct report, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact across our UK operations across change management, industrial and employee relations, performance management, training & development, organisational design and more. You will work in collaboration and be supported by our COEs in Talent, Legal and Total Rewards alongside the wider UK & European HR organisation.


This position plays a crucial role in managing our HR operations, working closely with senior managers to understand the businesses goals and translating these into HR priorities, whilst aligning with the global HR agenda.


What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrable experience as a Senior HR Advisor, HR Manager or HR Business Partner
  • Employee & Industrial Relations background including consultation and negotiation or relevant equivalent experience
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices including experience of policy creation/development
  • Experience working with HR Systems
