This role is to cover long-term sickness and is on contact basis until December 2025 (Likely to be extended).[AI1]

We are looking for someone with
Good employee relations experience.
Experience in case management. Operational support
Employment law knowledge
Industrial relations.
Policy reviews. Disciplinary and investigations.
Large organisation experience.
Understanding Of Uk employment  The Individual We’re looking for people who can show:
Proven experience as an Employee Relations Advisor or a similar role ideally within a large multinational environment, including experience in managing industrial relations matters.
Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and best practices, with a strong understanding of industrial relations frameworks and practices.
Good communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility.
Strong investigation and problem-solving skills, with a balanced and objective approach.
The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across different HR functions and contribute to broader HR initiatives.The Benefits[AI2] :

35 hours across 4.5 days

£27.00 per hour Umbrella
