Carbon60's aerospace client is seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join their team based in Broughton. As the HR Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing a wide range of personnel administration changes, ensuring the efficient and accurate management of the company's workforce.

The HR Analyst will be responsible for analysing and approving incoming personnel administration changes through the Workday system. This includes processing changes related to external and internal recruits, terminations, job changes, location changes, working time changes, contract changes, and personal details updates. Additionally, the HR Analyst will monitor the interface between the Workday and SAP systems, manually processing any changes that cannot be handled through the interface monitoring tool.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a logical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in data input, data analysis, and handling queries, preferably within a payroll environment, is highly desirable. Knowledge of administrative processes in an office setting, as well as proficiency in using Google Applications, are essential.

12 month initial contract with potnetial for extension
Opportunity for hybrid working, with the option to work from home for 2 days per week and 3 days on-site. (after training period)
PAYE and Umbrella rates available Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and approve personnel administration changes in the Workday system
  • Process changes related to external and internal recruits, terminations, job changes, and more
  • Monitor the interface between Workday and SAP systems, manually processing changes as needed
  • Support testing and implementation of improvements to the Workday tool
  • Provide excellent customer service by handling queries via email and telephone

    Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in data input, data analysis, and handling queries, preferably within a payroll environment
  • Knowledge of administrative processes in an office setting
  • Proficiency in using Google Applications
  • Strong customer service skills and a logical approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and planning skills
  • Commitment to supporting continuous improvements

    This role will require the successful applicant to undergo a BPSS clearance check. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK unrestrcited.
