The Role

We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our clients Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Planning and Business Partnering Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering impactful financial insights and partnering with teams across the organisation.

This is a broad, commercially focused role ideal for someone with experience in operational, manufacturing, or engineering finance. You'll be embedded in the business, working closely with Engineering and Operations to drive performance and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

Partnering with Engineering and Operations teams to provide day-to-day financial support and guidance
Embedding key performance metrics such as labour utilisation, efficiency, and inventory turns
Supporting budget creation and cost control with functional leaders
Identifying opportunities to improve data capture and processes in IFS
Delivering high-quality, commercially meaningful outputs and analysis

What We're Looking For

Qualified or near-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
Experience in operational/manufacturing/engineering finance
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Understanding of functions like Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality
ERP experience (IFS desirable)
Defence or Aerospace sector experience (desirable)
