You’ll have the freedom to drive growth in new and existing markets, with support from an experienced mentor. You’ll see the impact of your work through direct sales success and expanding distributor networks.

You’ll also enjoy hybrid working, with time in the office when you’re not visiting customers around the world.

What you’ll do

You’ll lead the international sales strategy, working closely with distributors to grow the brand globally. You’ll identify new market opportunities, develop entry plans and build relationships that drive long-term success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and supporting distributors to maximise their performance and achieve sales targets.

  • Identifying direct sales opportunities in markets or sectors not covered by distributors.

  • Researching and developing new international markets, leading negotiations with prospective partners.

  • Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to tailor offerings to specific market needs.

  • Preparing sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to inform strategic decisions.

  • Coordinating between distributors and internal departments such as logistics, customer service, and marketing to ensure a seamless experience.

    What you’ll need

  • Business proficiency in both German and French.

  • At least 5 years of experience in export sales, international business, or a similar B2B position.

  • Experienced in a project sales/specifier role.

  • Proven experience in managing distributor networks and developing new markets.
