Your new role:


As a Experienced Business Manager, you will be contributing to the development and growth of your own account, engaging in business development, career management and P/L responsibilities.


Your main responsibilities will be:


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

• Maximise the potential of your future business unit by designing your business plan with mid-size accounts and major accounts in the British industrial market.

• Create new business opportunities by prospecting new customers.

• Generate new business leads with existing customers.

• Close deals to support your clients with consulting or service center contracts.

• Manage the delivery of your offers with the support of the technical direction.



RECRUITMENT AND CAREER MANAGEMENT

• Participate to the recruitment policy through the establishment of your own recruitment plan

• Select and recruit the consultants who will join your team

• Be in charge of the consultant career evolution (career management meetings, annual appraisal, training management…).

• Be in charge of the level of service of your team on your clients projects.


PROFIT CENTRE MANAGEMENT

• Managing your personal account, with relevancy to P&L, financial performance.

• Manage the customer relation and satisfaction to build long-term partnership.

• Manage your profitability in cooperation with other support functions (technical direction, finance) as part of the company’s financial growth.

• Align constantly your activity and manage the evolution of your offers to thrive in the development of a long term relation with your customers.


Who are we looking for?


The ideal candidate will possess a curiosity for Engineering sector, with a result-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset. They will be comfortable working in an international and fast paced environment.


Experience required:


- Bachelors or master's degree in Engineering, Management or Business administration.

- Min 2 years of experience in Aerospace (Not mandatory).

- Demonstrable experience in leading teams and performing business development activities.

- Experience working autonomously, being result oriented, having an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills and natural leadership is crucial.
