Role Overview: They are seeking an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful senior-level placements, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retaIined search strategies within the aerospace & defence sector.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage end-to-end executive search assignments for clients in the aerospace & defence sector


Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers in these sectors
Conduct comprehensive candidate research, assessment, and profiling specific to aerospace & defence leadership roles
Develop detailed candidate briefs and market mapping reports for these industries
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefing to final placement
Contribute to business development and new client acquisition in aerospace & defence
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets and deliver exceptional results

Essential Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive search or high-end recruitment


Proven track record of successful senior-level placements, Preferably in aerospace & defence
Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and market trends in these sectors
Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency in recruitment technologies and candidate management systems
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Desirable Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of aerospace & defence industries preferred


Experience working with aerospace & defence organizations
Experience in selling a retained search solution
Advanced digital and social media recruiting skills
