We’re looking for a hands-on Electrical Lead Engineer to join a high-profile aerospace site in Bristol.

This is a clean, controlled environment where safety, precision, and reliability are paramount.

This role is open due to an internal promotion—so there’s a clear path for growth.

  Your Role Will Include:
  
  
• Leading and mentoring a team of 4 engineers
  
  
• Overseeing PPM scheduling and task delegation
  
  
• Delivering toolbox talks, audits, and supporting H&S compliance
  
  
• Working on the tools as needed to support operations
  
  
• Coordinating with contractors and supporting extra works
  
  What We Need From You:
  
  
• Level 3 Electrical Qualification or equivalent.
  
  
• 17th or 18th Edition
  
  
• Willingness and capability to be put straight on HV AP course.
  
  
• A desire to work in a team environment.
