Contracts Manager Oxfordshire/Bedfordshire Groundworks
About the Client: This family run business has been in operation for almost 30 years, predominately in the residential groundworks sector. They have grown as a business to circa £400m and have satellite offices across the UK. They have a strong reputation with leading House Builders and continue to grow year on year.
About the role: My client has secured several contracts in the Northern Home Counties now require an experienced Contracts Managers to join their team. The projects are all Groundworks packages ranging from £5m - £25m. They require a technically minded Contracts Manager that will take direct responsibility on these projects reporting into the Construction Director. You will need to be client focussed and have significant senior management experience.
About the requirements: You need to have significant Groundworks experience at a senior level. They would consider a Senior Project Manager looking to step up if they feel they are ready. You must also be degree qualified, client facing, be able to deliver larger schemes and help the contractor grow in the region.
