Overview
EMBS Engineering is currently recruiting for a Continuous Forgingn Operative to join a precision engineering company located in Leicester working on a permanent basis.
Due to the nature of the markets our client supplies into, all candidates must be UK residents, and DBS checks will be required. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

      Your responsibilities include:
  • As a Continuous Forging Operative, you will use a machine day to day to machine precision engineering components
  • Self-inspecting own parts using manual measuring equipment to meet customer specifications
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Machining large batch sizes of small to medium-sized parts
    Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate:
  • Strong experience within a machining role with previous Continuous Forging Operative experience desirable
  • Confidence in performing self inspection of parts using manual measuring equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Worked with small to large batch sizes
