Role Overview – Commercial Manager

Our leading Electronic manufacturing company based in Northampton are searching for a Commercial Manager to join their team. As Commercial General Manager, you’ll take the helm of the Northampton operations, driving revenue, expanding key accounts, and leading a talented team. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll collaborate with Sales Manager and Account Managers to achieve ambitious goals while fostering a culture of engagement and quality.

Key Responsibilities – Commercial Manager

Oversee daily operations, managing sales and technical teams.
Lead various team leaders, plus indirectly guide engineers, sales reps, and admin staff.
Develop and execute sales plans in partnership with an overseas headquarters.
Monitor performance, drive process improvements, and support team development.
Build strong client relationships to fuel branch expansion.
Key Experience & Qualifications – Commercial Manager

Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams.
Sharp commercial acumen and a knack for spotting business opportunities.
Excellent people skills to motivate teams and engage stakeholders.
A relevant bachelor’s degree and resilience under pressure.
Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
