You will play a key role in securing new business opportunities and supporting contract strategy, bid/no-bid decisions, and proposal development. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong analytical and negotiation skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Commercial and Contract Specialist

Job Description

Manage and administer complex contract requirements for key clients, including Basic Agreements and Long-Term Contracts
Analyse performance metrics, delivery schedules, terms & conditions, and ensure full contract compliance
Prepare and submit comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), including technical and commercial evaluations
Support bid initiation by coordinating cross-functional input and developing compliant proposal packages
Negotiate complex terms and conditions, pricing, and contract changes while effectively mitigating risk
Act as a liaison between internal departments and external customers to resolve claims or disputes

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

2 to 4+ years’ experience in contract management, ideally within the aerospace, defence, or engineering sectors
Strong background in proposal development, contract negotiation, and risk management
Solid understanding of legal and corporate compliance requirements
