SPS Technologies are working in partnership as they look to increase their team. Due to retirement of long-standing employees and a large aerospace contract, they need additional CNC machinists to join the team on a permanent basis.

The Job

Fanuc programming and setting CNC turning machines
You will be required to Program, Set and Operate as required
Working from engineering drawings
Creation of inspection plans and programming of mechanised inspection methods
Process optimisation to optimise products.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience with Fanuc CNC lathe programming with macro knowledge
Good understanding of machining speed and feed for aerospace
Good understanding of cutting tools
Preferred knowledge of CAD. CAM. AutoCAD and solid works.
