£34,000 - £48,000 + Career Progression + Full QM Technical Training + 30 Days Holiday rising to 35 with service + Performance related Bonuses + Medical Care Scheme

Factory based, Commutable from Bridgwater, Taunton, Highbridge, Weston-Super-Mare, Glastonbury, and surrounding areas

Are you from either a Quality Engineering or CNC Programming background within the Manufacturing, CNC or Production sectors looking to join a growing first class manufacturer that will invest in your technical expertise and knowledge whilst you propel your career into senior quality management?

On offer is the chance become a part of the senior management team within a Precision Engineering company where you will receive specialised training based on your skillset and will have full autonomy within the role so you can imprint your own ideas onto the business within the role to have an impact on its direction, while being the go-to technical expert on site.

This ambitious Precision Engineering company have gone through a lot of investment and are looking to double their turnover and increase their moderately sized business, due to this carried on growth within their sector and movement within others they are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team in a senior position.

This role would suit an individual who has extensive experience with quality assurance & compliance who is looking to step into a senior position with full autonomy within the role.

The role
*Will be responsible for the Quality Assurance & Compliance to a AS9100 standard of products and the implementation of the continuous improvement to the company's processes.
*Senior position where you will have full autonomy to implement your ideas within the role.
*Workshop/Office based role in the Bridgwater area.
