Are you a CNC Programmer with experience in leading a team looking to join a well established company, that operates in a wide variety of sectors like Aerospace, that offers enhanced holidays and progression?

Are you looking for a role which offers a great work life balance with enhanced holidays and an early finish on a Friday?

This company was established over four and a half decades ago and since then has grown its operations, supplying into a range of industries including the Aerospace and automotive sectors. The company now has grown to over 20 people and offers a complete package across precision solutions.

In this role the suitable candidate will be expected to lead of team of 3 CNC Grinders. Using Studer and Jones & Shipman machines to manufacture products for clients, you will need to ensure that all products are up to the ISO:9100 and AS:9100 accreditation.

If you are a CNC Programmer with experience in AS:9100 compliance looking to join a reputable company that offers enhanced holidays, progression and a great opportunity for overtime, apply today.

The Role:

  • 7:30 - 4 Monday - Thursday 7:30 - 1 Friday
  • Lead a team of 3 CNC Grinders and be in charge of the companies Grinding operations
  • Program, set and operate Fanuc CNC Machines
  • Work with a range of materials, supplying into a range of industries
  • Work to an extremely high quality following all accreditations of the business and work to inspect all products before delivery
