A specialist precision engineering company are looking for an experienced CNC Miller, setter, operator to join their team in Sittingbourne to work on their 5 axis mill, full training given. The company produce small batch work supplying various industries including aerospace, defence and nuclear.

The Role
The company are looking for an experienced CNC Miller setter, operator to work on their CNC 5 axis machine. If the right engineer doesn't have and 5 axis experience then the company are willing to provide training.

Duties

  • Set and Operate CNC 5 axis mills - full training given

  • Machining to tight tolerances and ensuring quality.

    Requirements

  • Experienced CNC Miller, Setter, Operator

  • 5 axis experience is advantageous, however full training given

  • Experience using either Siemens or Fanuc or Heidenhain controls.

  • Must have experience with working to tight tolerances.

  • Good teamwork skills.

    Pay and Benefits
    £16.00 - £18.00 per hour
