CNC Workshop Supervisors opportunity overseeing and assisting a small team in this established Aerospace precision engineering company. This hands on setter/ operator role will also oversee the operations within the workshop, helping and planning, ensuring efficiency and a high standard of production.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of skilled CNC and machinists, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Oversee and manage all CNC milling and CNC turning operations, ensuring jobs are completed to specification, on time, and within budget.
Implement and maintain a high level of quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
Develop staff by providing training and mentorship, encouraging skill development and career progression.
Coordinate with the production team to schedule work, manage workloads, and address any operational challenges.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the workshop.
Continuously improve workflow and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in CNC machining Milling and ideall turning as well. The shop contains mostly fanuc and Hurco controlled Mills and lathes
Strong leadership and man management experience or potential.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and stakeholders.
Solid understanding of production plans and the ability to implement efficient strategies.
