Job Title: CNC Mill Turner (Day Shift)

Location: Wolverhampton

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £40,500 + Overtime

Role Overview – CNC Mill Turner

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist specialising in Turning/Mill-Turn to join our client’s dynamic team in Wolverhampton.

You’ll play a key role in crafting high-precision, bespoke components for the aerospace industry, working to exceptionally tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities – CNC Mill Turner

Operate CNC lathes with a variety of materials.
Set up and use machine tools with confidence and precision.
Perform first-off inspections and complete quality documentation.
Leverage your machine shop experience to deliver top-quality results.
Use precision measurement equipment to ensure accuracy.

Key Experience & Qualifications – CNC Mill Turner

Apprentice trained in a manufacturing or engineering related discipline
Proven experience in engineering/manufacturing, preferably in aerospace.
Strong knowledge of machining techniques and tools.
Keen attention to detail and a passion for process improvement.
Ability to use inspection techniques to meet drawing tolerances.
