CNC Turner – Programmer/Setter/Operator

| Dartford | Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm (flexible hours available) |
| Permanent | Overtime Available | Competitive Pay |

Join a long-established precision engineering company with over 40 years of expertise delivering critical components to the aerospace, defence, marine, and nuclear sectors.

With investment in high-spec Mori-Seiki NLX Lathes, my client are geared to handle both low- and high-volume production of complex mill-turned parts — and they're looking for a skilled CNC Turner to join our growing team.

The Role



CNC Turning with driven tooling (X, Z, Y axes), Programming, setting and operating Mori Seiki lathes

*

Online programming using MAPPS (CAPS/MAPPS experience ideal but not essential)

*

Producing high-precision, often bespoke components to engineering drawings

*

Selecting appropriate tooling and cutting strategies for various materials

What They're Looking For

*

Confident CNC Turner with proven experience programming and setting

*

Familiar with Y-axis driven tooling and complex part geometries

*

Able to interpret technical drawings and apply sound machining principles
