Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our company's technological vision and strategies. The CTO reports to the General Manager (GM) of the Line-of-Businesses Group, which comprises three LOBs that primarily provide cellular, radio, satellite communication, and sensor products. The CTO will focus on creating and implementing technology strategies that support the production and delivery of projects and programs. Responsibilities · Product Management (Primary Focus) Ø Lead and champion the product management function across ANS Ø Work closely with product managers and development teams to define and execute product strategies Ø Drive the lifecycle of hardware products, particularly in communications, radio, and satellite terminals—from conception through to market delivery and sustainment Ø Ensure alignment of product development with market needs, customer requirements, and business growth goals Ø Guide go-to-market strategies and oversee product roadmap prioritization and performance metrics · Technology Management Ø Spearhead technology strategy in collaboration with the Corporate Technology Group Ø Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging and disruptive technologies that align with ANS’s strategic direction Ø Build and maintain a robust technology pipeline to ensure long-term competitiveness and innovation Ø Represent ANS in corporate-level technology discussions and investments · Capability Management Ø Lead the development and implementation of engineering frameworks and best practices across ANS Ø Manage and grow internal capabilities in support of AI technology integration and engineering excellence Ø Develop strategies to enhance team skills, processes, and tools that support scalable, high-quality product development Ø Ensure technical teams are structured and resourced effectively to support business objectives Requirements · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. PhD or MBA is a plus · Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with a strong background in product development and management of hardware products · Proven experience in communications technologies (radio, satellite, cellular) is highly preferred · Deep knowledge of product management frameworks and lifecycle management · Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects across engineering, R&D, and product units · Experience with AI technologies and their application in product and system development is an advantage Requirements Proven experience (> 10 years) in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO or similar position. · Deep understanding of multi-domain communication networks, sensor technologies, 5G technology, and telecommunications standards · Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align technology initiatives with company goals · Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of managing and motivating technical teams · Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation · Working location is in Ang Mo Kio · Singaporeans Only Please submit resumes to with the following details in MS Word format: - Position applying for - Current remuneration - Expected remuneration - Notice period John Goh Meng Chye EA License No : 06C4642 EA Reg No : R1102621 We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified. #J-18808-Ljbffr
