The Channel Manager nurtures and supports clients who integrate Eddyfi Robotic products and solutions into their business offering. The role is a focal point to ensure that marquee clients who integrate Eddyfi Robotic modules/solutions get the service and support they need to grow their business with Eddyfi. This position will also have the responsibility for key in-house accounts. While Nanaimo is the preferred location, we are open to considering candidates from other areas as well.

As Channel Manager you will have to:

  • Query Integration Channel Clients on applications and projects that Eddyfi solutions can play a role in fulfilling.
  • Be the point of contact for product application questions.
  • Be the point of contact for information regarding in-house orders.
  • Grow the business with our Integration Channel Clients; ensuring that projects and products sales commercially maximize the opportunity.
  • Ensure that Integration Channel Clients are trained to a level that they can operate self-sufficiently diagnosing and solving integration challenges.
  • Be a conduit between Integration Channel Clients and Eddyfi engineering, service, and integration personnel when challenges arise.
  • Project Manage the delivery of significant orders received from the Integration Channel Clients.
  • Work with the Business Development Managers to gain additional qualified Integration Channel Clients and new applications.
  • Financial reporting and forecasting for Integration Channel Client’s business.
  • Team leadership duties for direct reports within the Integration Channel Client’s support team.
  • Project manage and steward orders from External Integration clients.
  • Conduit between engineering and the client when technical questions or challenges arise.
  • Manage and develop client training programs for External Integration clients, these trainings could be used for any client.
  • Ensure that module specifications sheets are created and maintained properly.
  • Manage robotic assets used for hot-spare and rentals:
    • Rentals are intended to be a mechanism to drive additional business when the Capital cost of the application cannot be justified.
    • Hot-Spares are intended to be modules located at Eddyfi locations that can improve response times when repairs are required (billable service).

What makes you an asset to our team:

  • Completion of a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, science or business administration, OR an equivalence of related experience.
  • Experience managing client projects, at least 2 years preferred.
  • Project management PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Technical understanding of Eddyfi Robotics solutions and their application.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a collaborative, inclusive approach, solutions-oriented supported with strong communication skills to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional customer service/relations skills, including communication and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
