Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Location: Gaydon, Warwickshire (3 days in the office per week) occasional travel to UK sites

Rate: £875 per day (Umbrella) Inside IR35

Employment Type: Contract (12 months)

Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per Week

Job Description:

This role is responsible to maximise the customer value of our client's e-business offerings. We must ensure a seamless, holistic, modern luxury experience for all customers regardless of e-business channel (web or app), brand or market. Working collaboratively with product owners across the business, you will be responsible for driving a coherent e-business strategy, across all product areas (vehicles, services & subscriptions, accessories, branded goods, parts). Aligning to business and enterprise architecture strategies and co-ordinating their integration across the business, you will be working across the digital space within our client to help deliver projects from conception, through delivery, to long-term service provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a clear, aligned enterprise roadmap for e-business development across our client to achieve the business's future outcomes and reduce technical debt and total cost of ownership.
  • Plan strategic options by identification, analysis and evaluation.
  • Proposal presentation to Senior Stakeholders.
  • Establishing an e-business community where relevant Stakeholders can develop plans, align with architecture best practice.
  • Support the wider IDT Customer Domain in all areas e-business, helping unblock issues and provide thought leadership to support the growth of e-business across value streams.
  • Working in partnership with our client's Salesforce COE on Salesforce technical products and capabilities, strong alignment with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Product Manager to the One Commerce and North Star strategies.

Skills Required:

  • E-commerce / e-business strategy, design and implementation.
  • Experience of rationalising multiple legacy systems.
  • Working in a cross functional team in a complex, global organisation.

Experience Required:

  • Digital transformation.
  • Proven digital product leadership experience and having successfully delivered and managed large platform products / a suite of digital platform products, delivering outcomes to end customers.
  • Led or managed cross functional teams.

Experience Preferred:

  • Experience in the Automotive Industry or other complex Products Industry.
  • Experience in an organisation dealing with B2B and B2C.

Additional Information:

May require occasional travel to UK sites, e.g. Whitley, Manchester.

This role is INSIDE IR35.
