Job Description

🚀 The Job Mission
You'll be embedded in the Resource Management team, ensuring our engineering missions are staffed with the best people. This vital support role helps drive our UK business through people planning and delivery. You'll work alongside our BRMs and wider HR teams to ensure project and people success.

⚡️ Coordinate and conduct onboarding for all new starters into your future team
⚡️ Maintain and update the centralised resource plan for projects and staff
⚡️ Support interview processes and participate in recruitment campaigns
⚡️ Ensure smooth offboarding including IT and site access deactivation
⚡️ Keep accurate resourcing records (headcount, career tracking, organisation charts)
⚡️ Prepare CV packs for client bids and proposals
⚡️ Monitor non-chargeable time booking and highlight resourcing trends
⚡️ Provide monthly reporting insights and business support to BRMs

Qualifications

Essential Skills
🛠 UK qualification at Level 3 or above
🛠 Understanding of resource planning and recruitment fundamentals
🛠 Strong attention to detail with administrative efficiency
🛠 Able to work under pressure and balance multiple priorities
🛠 Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
🛠 Collaborative and proactive in team settings
🛠 Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
🛠 Ability to travel to UK sites as required

Desired Skills
✔️ Experience in a similar role (Resource Admin, Scheduler, HR Officer)
✔️ Worked in engineering sectors (nuclear, aerospace, utilities, construction)
✔️ CIPD qualification or willingness to work toward one
✔️ Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding processes
✔️ Exposure to resource management tools or systems
