As a mid‑senior engineer, scientist, or project manager in this domain, you’re not merely contributing to routine tasks—you’re helping propel humanity’s future exploration and commercial utilisation of space. Such an important contribution deserves a negotiation strategy that looks beyond a simple salary figure. Today’s top space organisations—whether they focus on launch vehicles, satellite communications, or advanced in-orbit services—recognise they must attract and retain specialised talent.
