Contract Management:

Manage Customer MRO contracts and serve as primary contact for inquiries Recalculate long-term MRO contracts and set performance targets Initiate changes, lead negotiations Resolve disputes

Commercial Management:

Make commercial decisions Create business quotes and focus on upselling Influence and sell MRO solutions to drive profitability Approve invoices and ensure revenue targets are met

Customer Relationship Management:

Handle customer escalations and ensure timely issue resolution Serve as a Customer Ambassador to maintain high satisfaction levels

Performance Reporting:

Analyze contractual KPIs and review performance measures Organize performance reports and meetings Provide detailed insights and recommendations

Profitability and Continuous Improvement:

Increase contract profitability and meet financial targets Continuously improve the Landing Gear MRO product

Team Leadership:

Mentor and support team members Foster a collaborative team environment

All duties must comply with Safety and Environmental Regulations and Company Procedures.

The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field Experience in MRO account management, preferably in aerospace or aviation Knowledge of MRO contracts, financial performance, and customer satisfaction metrics Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills Informed commercial decision-making within limits Proficient in performance report analysis and Microsoft Office Suite Strong customer relationship management and continuous improvement Multi-tasking, consultative selling, and strategic thinking abilities Exceptional organisational and time management skills Customer-centric, adaptable, and collaborative team player Corporate/commercial awareness for face-to-face interactions Competent under pressure, meeting deadlines, and problem-solving Flexible and culturally aware with innovative management skills
