  • Confirm that styles, SKUs, sizes, colours and quantities match delivery documentation.
  • Identify and report shortages, incorrect products, manufacturing defects or damaged stock.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, production teams and internal departments to resolve delivery discrepancies.
  • Organise stock efficiently ahead of product launches, seasonal collections and promotional campaigns.

Stock and Inventory Control

  • Maintain accurate stock records across all products, sizes, colours and variants.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full warehouse stocktakes.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
  • Monitor stock movement between warehouse locations, retail stores, pop-ups, showrooms and other facilities.
  • Ensure returned, damaged, faulty and saleable stock is recorded correctly.

E-Commerce

  • Oversee the accurate picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders.
  • Ensure products are checked against the correct style, size, colour and quantity before dispatch.
  • Manage fulfilment across e-commerce, retail, wholesale and marketplace orders where applicable.
  • Ensure customer orders are packed in line with the company’s brand and presentation standards.
  • Monitor order volumes and ensure daily dispatch deadlines are achieved.
  • Work closely with the customer service, merchandising and e-commerce teams to resolve fulfilment issues.

Team Management

  • Lead, motivate and develop two Warehouse Operatives.
  • Set clear daily priorities and monitor productivity, accuracy and performance.
  • Provide training on stock systems, garment handling, picking, packing, quality control and health and safety.
  • Manage team attendance, holiday requests and day-to-day performance matters.
  • Conduct regular team briefings, check-ins and performance reviews.
  • Create a positive, organised and accountable warehouse environment.
  • Ensure additional temporary staff are trained and supervised during seasonal peaks where required.
