Are you a Quality Manager or Compliance professional with experience working within engineering or manufacturing environments looking to join a well-established business offering long-term stability, autonomy, and the opportunity to play a key role in driving quality and compliance standards across the organisation?

In this role you will lead internal, external, and supplier audits, ensure ongoing regulatory and customer compliance, and work closely with multiple departments to improve systems and processes. This position would suit a Quality Manager or Compliance professional from an engineering or manufacturing background who is confident managing quality systems, leading audits, and improving operational compliance standards.

The Role

  • Maintain and retain approvals including ISO9001, AS9100, and customer-specific accreditations
  • Lead internal, external, and supplier audits
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across compliance systems
  • Conduct compliance reviews at enquiry and order stages
  • Create and maintain documentation supporting compliance processes
  • Monitor and improve quality and compliance procedures
