* An appreciation of multiple engineering disciplines.
* Experience in a customer-facing role.
* The ability to create and maintain system diagrams and documentation.
* Experience installing and configuring software on Windows-based computers.
* Computer networking (at intermediate level or above).
* A practical and hands-on approach.

* o Software Engineering/Computer Science
* o Mechanical Engineering
* o Aerospace Engineering
* o Robotics/Mechatronics Engineering
* 2Y+ experience in security, defence, or other mixed-discipline high-tech industry
The following skill & experience would be beneficial, but not required:
* Experience of radar systems.
* Industrial experience from an aerospace systems, sensors, or ISTAR/C4ISR/ESM domain.
* The ability to understand (and perhaps design) simple electronics.
* The ability to write simple software from scratch (e.g. python scripts) or amend or tweak more complex software
Recent graduates who have completed a sandwich course, year in industry, or with other significant relevant working experience will also be considered. The requirement for occasional travel means that a driver’s licence will be considered beneficial.
