Project Manager / Engineer, Newbury:
- Take full ownership of new product projects from prototype to mass production
- Manage projects from prototype stage through to full production
- Control project timelines, budgets, and technical delivery
- Coordinate with production, sales, and customer stakeholders
- Develop manufacturing processes and production documentation
- Ensure all procedures meet quality, safety, and traceability standards
- Identify risks early and resolve technical or delivery challenges
- Support material procurement and cost control activities
- Drive improvements in efficiency and manufacturing performance
Profile
Project Manager /Engineer, Newbury:
- Excellent communicator who can influence across teams and customers
- Experience in a Project Engineer or similar role within manufacturing
- Background supporting products from development into production
- Understanding of both low and high-volume manufacturing environments
