Are you someone with experience in Materials Testing looking for a lab-based role, working within a sizable but closely-knit team of technical experts, that will value you through continuous development and career progression?

On offer is the opportunity to create a prosperous career within a growing company. They work testing exotic materials for the Defence and Aerospace industries, conducting destructive and non-destructive testing in a laboratory setting.

Your role will involve the creation and testing of specimens, report writing and data analysis. This role is not your typical material testing position - you'll be working across a wide variety of interesting and unique materials and use a multitude of different techniques.

This role would suit a Materials Technician looking to become a key part in a team of technical experts, for a company that will value your input through continuous development and progression opportunities.

The Role

  • Conducting a wide variety of tests across exotic materials
  • Creation and testing of material specimens
  • Writing of reports to feedback results to clients
  • Data analysis

  • Materials Technician or similar
  • Ability to gain Security Clearance
  • Commutable to Honiton
