Maintenance Engineer
Sector: Industrial Manufacturing

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Circa £46,000 – £50,500 (inc shift premium)
Shifts: Day & night shift pattern

ISQ Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with experience in CNC machine maintenance and pneumatic/hydraulic system knowledge. 

Part of a larger global business, this company manufactures complex and high-spec parts used in aerospace and power generation (turbines).

This role is a mixture of day & night shifts on a 3-weekly rotation (AM-PM-Nights). The successful candidate must have a full UK driving license with access to their own vehicle and full right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not provided).

On-site parking Key Duties:

Attend and resolve machine breakdowns and facility repairs
Support and improve preventative maintenance schedules
Drive health & safety compliance and continuous improvement
Collaborate with contractors and internal teams professionally
Contribute to facility improvement and hazard reduction projects
3-weekly shift pattern: earlies, lates, nights (37-hour week) What We’re Looking For:

Electrical engineering/maintenance qualifications (essential)
Experience in maintenance within a fast-paced manufacturing setting
CNC machine maintenance experience (Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc would be advantageous)
Solid skills in diagnosing faults and working with servo drives
Pneumatic & hydraulic system knowledge * Please note this client does not offer VISA sponsorship, only candidates with full Right to Work in the UK and relevant experience to this role will be considered.
