Orbital Education, a leading provider of British international education, is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Support Analyst to join its growing IT function. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking organisation where you will work closely with senior business stakeholders and play a key role in supporting and optimising Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform applications.

You will provide hands-on technical support across a range of business-critical systems and gain exposure to projects involving Power BI, Power Platform, and CRM development. The role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, is highly service oriented, and is looking to develop their technical and business-facing skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Dynamics and CRM Support

Provide first and second line support for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform applications
Investigate and resolve complex issues, particularly within Power Automate workflows
Deliver training and guidance to departments such as Marketing and Admissions
Help document internal processes and assist in defining system requirements
Project and System Collaboration
Work with the Information Systems Manager and third-party developers to ensure technical specifications are clearly defined and delivered
Prepare user stories and support documentation for business change and system improvements
Support user acceptance testing and early life support activities following project delivery
Reporting and Business Systems
Provide support for Power BI reports including dataset management and access control
Assist with other internal systems such as iSAMS
Monitor access permissions and support license management across the Dynamics environment

Skills and Experience

Essential

At least two years' experience in a Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform support role
Practical knowledge of Power Automate, including troubleshooting and debugging flows
Confident communicator with strong documentation skills
Experience working with external developers or suppliers
Familiarity with Power BI reporting structures and data connectors

Desirable

Background supporting systems used in the education sector such as iSAMS or admissions platforms
Microsoft certifications such as PL 200 or MB 210
Experience writing training materials or internal support documentation
