Are you a CNC Turner, looking to work evening shifts doing a 4-day week with clear routes to progress into managerial roles?

In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC machines to manufacture high-quality precision components. You will read engineering drawings, select the appropriate tooling, carry out machine set-ups, perform quality inspections using measuring equipment, and ensure production targets are met.

Established over 40 years ago, this aerospace company specialises in delivering high end CNC services, with clear goals to double in size in the next 5 years.

This role would suit a CNC Turner who is looking to work a 4-day week and progression opportunities to managerial roles within 16 months.

The role:

• Programming, setting and running CNC machines
• In house training
• 4-day week
• Monday to Thursday 4:00pm - 2:00am
• Optional overtime
