HSB Technical Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Welding / Fabrication Foreman to join a reputable engineering business based in Avonmouth.

HSB Technical’s client is an established and well-regarded business entity.

Duties and responsibilities of the Welding/Fabrication forman:

•Supervise welders, fabricators, and sub contractors
•Ensure work meets quality, safety, and programme requirements
•Manage RAMS, permits to work, and safe systems of work
•Monitor progress, costs, and report issues to management
•Order materials, consumables, and plant as required
•Maintain housekeeping, tool control, and staff discipline
•Support site surveys and assist with quotations
•Travel to sites and participate in on-call duties when required

Qualifications and requirements for the Welding/Fabrication Forman:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marine or civil engineering
•Previous experience supervising welding/fabrication teams
•Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
•Strong organisational and communication skills
•Full UK Driving Licence
•Willingness to travel
