Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Coleraine

Pay Range/details:  £33,000 per annum (shift dependent)

Contract Type: Permanent

Omega are supporting leading and innovative company in their search for a skilled and experienced Supervisor to work alongside the existing management team to oversee and co-ordinate our operations in our Coleraine based meat processing plant.

Key Responsibilities – Warehouse Supervisor

Production management: produce production sheets and maintain relevant stock levels
Uphold product quality whilst achieving yield targets.
Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
Laise with production manager of any issues which may arise.
Ensure health and safety rules and regulations are adhered to within production.
Uphold DARD, Beef labelling and Environmental health regulations.
Packing and labelling meat.
Picking and preparing orders.
Preparing stock for production.
Adhering to all health & safety regulations.
Shifts available: Monday to Friday 2pm – 10:45pm

Qualifications & Requirements – Warehouse Supervisor

Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
Proven ability to direct and co-ordinate operations.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Flexibility to changing priorities based on business needs.
Previous experience in a food production environment.
Food hygiene knowledge.
