Vision Systems Junior Applications Engineer

Location: Markyate, St Albans

Salary: Competitive

Contract Type: Permanent

Our client who produces Vison Inspection Systems are currently recruiting for a Junior Applications Engineer in their St Albans office. As a Applications Engineer, you will be required to provide support to internal staff and customers and support on site installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities - Vision Systems Junior Applications Engineer

Provide technical support to internal staff and customers, including joint sales visits
Conduct product trials and application evaluations for new enquiries
Develop vision system applications and configure barcode systems
Support on-site installation, commissioning, and customer technical support
Contribute technical input to sales quotations and attend supplier training
Qualifications & Requirements - Vision Systems Junior Applications Engineer

Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Programming, or related field, or equivalent experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Camera vision applications experience (preferred but not essential)
PC programming skills (C#, .NET, JavaScript) (preferred but not essential)
PLC programming or relevant industry experience (preferred but not essential)
